Most of these butterfly wings for costumes are one size fits all. They claim they are adult sizes but I bet these wings would work for a kids butterfly costume, too. I’m not thinking these would work for a toddler butterfly costume…they might be a tad big.

It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to mimic Tinkerbell’s evil twin or you want to be a dark fairy for Halloween, it’s so easy to achieve any of these looks with black butterfly wings. It’s classic and sexy. You can never go wrong! It’s definitely the no-fail costume for Halloween along with your cute dress or costume.

Although you can find many different colors of butterfly wings, I still think black is the best especially for women. Little girls are cute with pink, blue or green wings but for women…hmmm… not so much. Black butterfly wings are the best because they can go with any type of Halloween costume you are wearing. Personally, I prefer a black mini dress and stilettos. I complete the look by doing some soft waves with my hair and of course the smokey-eye look and nude lip gloss. You can pull off an up-do if you want so you’ll look like Tinkerbell’s evil twin.

Unfortunately, I haven’t found small black butterfly wings that come in children sizes. You can always make your own of course. Check out your local craft store for the materials. You can make it as grand and as glittery as you want. What I love about the black butterfly wings is that they are so versatile and they are never out of fashion. They’re always in! As I said earlier…classic!
